Overview

Florida consumer and tenant law during the pandemic. Lynn Drysdale will discuss the current status of stimulus payments and some current litigation challenging a creditor’s ability to attach consumer stimulus payments. Robert Murphy will discuss repossessions and protecting consumers’ cars, and Jeff Hearne will provide an update on the current status of tenant protections during the eviction moratorium including a PTFA update.
